Membership
NCW Estate Planning Council membership is open to renewing and new members.
Renewing members can send their dues to the address below. New members should complete this application form and mail with their annual dues. Membership dues are $300 for non-attorneys and $325 for attorneys.

Member Qualifications
Active members must qualify under one of the following professions. The following standards must be met for the membership type.
Attorneys
Washington State Bar membership
Active attorney in good standing
Accountants
Licensed member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants or American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Active CPA in good standing
Insurance Professionals
Licensed and a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA)
Trust Officers or Trust Advisors
Active employment as a Trust Officer or Trust Advisor
Financial Advisors
Successful completion of the Series Seven, Series 65, or Series 66 Certifications or any combination thereof; or
Is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
Planned Giving Officers or Planned Giving Advisors
Active employment as Planned Giving Officer or Planned Giving Advisor
Directors of Public Charities
Executive Director of a public charity or charitable foundation
Associate Member Qualifications
Associate members who are ineligible for active membership in one of the above categories but are professionals in a field associated with estate planning can become members if sponsored by an active member. Associate members can include, but are not limited to:
Business or estate valuation specialist
Actuary
Guardian or conservator
Paralegal or legal assistant
Professional in any membership category without required minimum experience
